Frank Fudali 91, of Croton, N.Y. and a former longtime resident of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. died on Feb. 16, 2018. He was born on July 13, 1926 to the late Michal and Zofia (nee Darasz) Fudali in Hucisko Jawornickie, Poland. Frank immigrated to the US with his family from Poland in 1965. He lived through WWII under Nazi occupation and later under communist control of Poland. Frank worked for the Tarrytown School District in the Buildings and Grounds Department. He continued working for the district into his late 80’s on a part-time basis after retiring. He loved to garden and enjoyed working on his yard. Frank is survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Kazimiera (nee Wywrot) Fudali of Croton, N.Y. and by his loving children, Michael (Ann) Fudali of North Barrington, IL, Alex (Laura) Fudali of Roswell, GA, Teddy (Kathy) Fudali of Westfield, NJ, Barbara (James) Ciliberti of South Salem, N.Y. and Ursula (Daryl) Stiloski of Montrose, N.Y. one sister, Adela Dubiel of Beacon, N.Y. also survived by his eleven cherished grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Predeceased by his sisters, Maria Niemiec, Katarzyna Zamaro, Genowefa Fudali and brother, Tadeusz Darasz. Reposing, Dwyer & Vanderbilt Funeral Home, Tarrytown, N.Y. on Monday, 4-8 PM.
